CopWheels.com Online Shipping and Delivery Policies
Every effort will be made by CopWheels.com to ship purchased products as quickly as possible to the customer. However, different factors will affect the actual handling, shipping and delivery time. These factors include the distance, the availability of the purchased product and the delivery method selected to ship the item(s).
Deliveries are made only on normal business days of Monday through Friday. Also, please keep in mind that a one day or two day delivery does not always mean that your order will arrive in one or two days. Product availability and the processing time must also be factored into the actual total shipping time.
Total shipping time includes the time required to process the order (usually no more than three business days) and the actual transportation time once the order has been filled and turned over to the shipping company for delivery. The method used to ship the purchase will also vary the total shipping time.
Shipping time estimates, as detailed below, apply only to the continental United States. Costs and time frames for deliveries made outside the continental United States will be determined on a case by case basis. Delivery Method / Shipping Time
Standard Delivery => 3 to 5 business days plus the processing time.
Two-day Delivery => 2 business days plus the processing time.
One day Delivery => 1 business day plus the processing time.
CopWheels.com will not ship purchases to PO Boxes. A business or residence address must be provided. All gift card purchases will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.
Special Order Items
Special Order items are designated as overweight (over 150 pounds) or oversize merchandise. These items are shipped by common carrier. Deliveries require someone over the age of 18 to be available to sign for the delivery. The delivery does not include product set up.
Cost for the shipping of the Special Order items will be determined by the weight, size and distance.

Warranty and Return Policy
COPWHEELS.COM is a factory authorized service center for the products we carry. Our manufacturers are highly recognized in the government vehicle industry and build the safest, most effective products available. The equipment we sell carries its full manufacturer warranty unless otherwise specified.
Should you encounter a problem associated with a product within 15 days of purchase contact us immediately. After 15 days please direct ALL service issues directly to the manufacturers.
Warranty on all products is Manufactures Warranty only. The following are not covered: damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, product modification or neglect; damage occurring during shipment; damage resulting from failure to follow instructions contained in your instruction manual. Product applicability is solely the responsibility of the customer; please insure you are ordering the correct product. Our goal is to solve your issue, safeguard the use and installation of products, and get your vehicles back on the street as quickly as possible.
A 35% restocking fee will apply to all returns. No exceptions.
